Terms of Service

ConSol is a financial analysis platform operated by Vasper Financial Advisory, a trading name associated with Phillip Securities (Pte) Ltd, a holder of a Capital Markets Services Licence and a Financial Adviser's Licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS").

ConSol provides financial analysis, calculations, and information tools. It does not constitute regulated financial advice. All personalised recommendations presented through ConSol are reviewed, endorsed, and delivered by a MAS-licensed financial adviser who bears sole responsibility for suitability under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110).

You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Singapore to use ConSol. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Demo accounts provided for evaluation or App Store review purposes are exempt from the residency requirement but remain subject to all other terms.

ConSol provides the following capabilities:

• Financial gap analysis (insurance, retirement, housing, education, estate planning)
• CPF, SRS, TDSR, and mortgage calculations using published regulatory parameters
• Net worth tracking and goal progress monitoring
• Nudge-based financial coaching (automated, rule-based alerts)
• Secure messaging between you and your assigned MAS-licensed adviser
• Document storage and financial record keeping

ConSol does not execute trades, transact investments, hold client assets, or provide tax advice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your financial profile
• Not share your account credentials with third parties or permit unauthorised access to your account
• Not use ConSol to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the ConSol platform or its underlying engines
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

ConSol is provided for personal financial planning purposes only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of ConSol outputs without written consent from Vasper Financial Advisory is prohibited.

Automated access to ConSol (bots, scripts, crawlers) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

All calculations produced by ConSol use published regulatory data (CPF interest rates, MAS TDSR thresholds, IRAS tax bands, HDB grant eligibility criteria) sourced from official government publications. Calculations are indicative only. They do not constitute a guarantee of outcome and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

Regulatory parameters change. ConSol updates its engine inputs promptly following official announcements, but there may be a delay between a regulatory change and an engine update. Always verify material financial decisions against the most current official source.

All software, design, copy, engine logic, and data structures within ConSol are the intellectual property of Vasper Financial Advisory or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, modify, or distribute any ConSol content.

Your financial data and documents remain yours. You grant Vasper Financial Advisory a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of delivering the ConSol service.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@vasper.group. We will action your request within 14 business days.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, or if continued operation would expose ConSol or its users to legal or regulatory risk.

Upon termination, your personal data will be retained for 7 years as required by MAS Notice FAA-N16 and the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110). After the retention period, data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Vasper Financial Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of ConSol, including but not limited to financial loss from reliance on engine outputs.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Vasper Financial Advisory in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, or, if the parties mutually agree, resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules.

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date above and notify you via the ConSol app. Your continued use of ConSol after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Material changes will require in-app re-acceptance before you can continue using ConSol.
